We just called to this newly purchased house in Tuam, Galway. The existing timmer gates are due to be removed and replaced with maintenance free composite gates.
After our measurments are taken, we immediately pass the measurments over to our workshop and fabrication on the gates starts straight away. Wait two weeks for the next image which will show the finished job.

The following set of timber gates in Dunmore, Co Galway have been fitted with a Key Automation Ray kit With built in night light system. Have a look at the image and video below.

This was a newly set of fabricated timber gates created by a local joinery. The first thing we did when we arrived on site was run all of the necessary cabling. Once that was done, we made up some mounting brackets for the rams. With everything in place we started the wiring and finally the programming of the motor control panel. The Kit we used in this case is the Key Automation Ray 24volt system with night light system. As seen in the video below these gate operators move very smoothly and the Key Automation night light system can also be seen (the led lighting on the heads of the ram’s). Our client was very happy with the system. If you are looking for information on specifications or installation pricing do not hesitate to contact us today.

The next project was in Taylor’s Hill in Galway. The old system had seen its days. Over 20 years this system had finally given up. It was time for new gate motor foundation boxs, new cabling and a new motor control panel. Have a look at the images below. You can see the dyed red concrete we used around the gate motor box’s. This was to match the red brick paving in the driveway. Once again the customer was very happy with the job.

Apologies for the glare in the image. You can see in the image on the left where the gate motor foundation box's were installed and the new intercom and keypad cabling. On day two we fitted the gates and programmed up the new gate automation system. If you require a job like this to be done contact us and we will be sure to point you in the right direction.

The next job was completed in Moycullen, Co Galway. Its an anthracite grey composite (maintenance free) sliding gate fitted with a Key Automation Sun Fastline Motor. Just watch how fast this gate opens. It is unmatched by anything on the market. This motor also features the night light system.

This Key Automation Ray Kit in the video above was retro fitted to an existing gate in Furbo, Co Galway by one on the www.AutoAccess.ie installation teams

This existing set of gates in set of gates in Kilcolgan needed a total upgrade of the original gate automation system. The original Ditec system had finally failed after many years of use. We removed the gates and got to work on the Gate Automation job. With the gates being so large we decided that the Key Automation kit under would be best suited for this job. Each motor has a weight bearing capacity of 600kg which is the largest of any brand.Once the motor boxs were fitted, we finished off with a dyed concrete that would match the brick driveway. Once the concrete had cured for a couple of days, we were back on site. We lifted the gates back into position and got started on the welding. With the gates now in place we could finish out the gate automation job. With the wiring complete the gates were then programmed to suit the customer. An intercom and keypad were fitted and remote controls set up. Another happy customer!

The above gates were fitted in Ballindereen, Co Galway. Once the motor box’s were fitted and the concrete was cured, our gate automation team were back on site. Within two days this entrance was fitted with gates and a gate automation system.

Remember the wooden gates at the very top of this page!? These composite maintenance free gates were fabricated and fitted as replacements. Once fitted they were automated using Key Automation electromechanical rams. If you have existing gates and would like to retrofit an automation system to your gates, be sure to give us a call today.
